At the beginning of the year my company said during the week of a holiday everyone can work from home. We currently have a hybrid schedule of 3 in/2 home. We thought this was great until today my manager told us upper management wants us in 2 days next week. No reason for the change. We were all silent after he told us and I personally was pissed.
This company is tone deaf on WFH, gas prices, tolls and general cost of living. I feel lied to and now feel I can't trust the company.
I started mid-December of last year and thinking of leaving already. Lying plus making us go into the office is enough for me. I'm so tempted to call them out on social media but I don't know the best way to do it. Anyone been through this amd what did you do?
