Company still feels entitled to our time.

They were gracious enough (strong sarcasm) to keep her on but hire her part time. She didn't hear anything from them for weeks, in this time we decided we are moving across the country. They have now contacted her to work some shifts, she gave them her availability but Nope they want her to only come in on the days that we are literally going to be in another state. Oh another thing she asked me to add is, They said it wasn't working for the company because she was in trauma therapy from a sexual assault that happened at a previous job. Some notable quotes from them about that are “STOP BEING SUCH A SNOW FLAKE!” and “It's ridiculous that another companies bullshit is affecting my company.”
