Basically they want me to pay a fee to sign up with them as a volunteer. I find it really weird that I have to pay so I can give them my free labour. Is that normal?? In the UK btw. They didnt mention the fee on the website or during the application process. Only at the end of a 2 hour induction did they give it a passing comment and I was baffled.
