Company’s aren’t willing to treat you better because other companies aren’t either.

So if you stand up and ask for better they can just say “good luck. This is normal” AND THAT’S THE PROBLEM. Companies hold themselves to the lowest common denominator AND get away with it because THEY ALL CAN because THEY ALL DO IT.
