So I am with a new company and there are almost daily conference calls over zoom between management and sales. It's a lot of brainwashing basically. My manager asks this question: “What are some examples of where we make the 'easy' decision instead of the right one?” No one really responds right away, so she provides a few of her own examples and one was “not taking notes on a zoom call just because you are driving.” I don't really need to explain what's problematic about this, I don't believe.
I'm thinking red flag.
