Also its like i literally see team members purposely walking so slow it obvious they are trying not to move. Taking 2 hours to do a easily 45 minute job.

I know from my perspective i only ask people to put a hobest effort in. I literally say i dont need sweat or unsafe work speeds just work like you care. If you dont care then you should really quit.
If you dont quit and sand bag then yes you ate quiet quitting.
