They really do want to kill us of, don't they? The U.K is sinking fast, now our government are trying harder than ever before, to squeeze us of every single penny we have left. I'm certain that post-plandemic, this is probably happening all over the world, not just on this hot mess of an island. Capitalism fricking sucks. I live with my Mum in the South West, here you can expect to be charged, on average, 30-40% more than you would in the North, in order to rent a property. I feel as though the divide is there on purpose, “drive out the working class”. I'm terrified, truly I am. I feel isolated and alone with my anti-work ideology, this is the only place where I can seek respite. Without removing every privilege that you have paid access to, how can I ever learn to function in a society that has been built upon a foundation of misery and torture.
The bit in relation to the title – I am on government support (Universal Credit here in the U.K) and my Mum works a full-time job as a carer. We were told that we had eligibility to Council Tax Support (a maximum amount of £37.43 apparently) and then, all but a month later we are informed that in actual fact, that decision was incorrect, we are not eligible for CTS and that now, our payment has increased from £170 p/m to £220 p/m.
How do I get myself out of this cage? I desperately want to see my loved ones happy and thriving in life. I want to do good things and help good people, I don't want to be mentally imprisoned at a job again. At what point did the elite decide that this was the way things would be, forever more?
