Got a job at a county near me, worked there before, I had an accident that due process was not adhered too and I was fired. the next time I was fired after I won my unemployment case for that accident and my lawyer sent an email to HR. I was fired an hour and forty minutes later.
I went through the application, interview, background check, ref checks, DUI/Drug check and test. got my letter stating that I passed my conditinol and was given a formal job offer. fast forward 5 day's later I got an email stating ” After reviewing your employee file from your previous positions it is been determined you are ineligible for employment into this position.” At the Interview I told the panel that the county had decided my first claim was unjustified and that as for now the firing stood. as well as told them I felt I was retallition fired for winning my unemployment case. I was upfront and truthful even answering questions they had. This is not the first time this county has done this as they pulled another offer but just before the formal offer of employment. Does this fall under discrimination or other categories?
