Covid testing in break room

Covid is making the rounds at my warehouse. A person was tested in the break room just prior to my shift. They were still in the room when the test came back positive. There were about 20 of us coming into shift, exposed to him while he waited. The next day someone in our shift was having symptoms. Again to the break room (You have to enter/ exit the building through the break room) several people entered and exited while he was in there waiting on his test. This is dubious at best, and from what I gather, possibly illegal because of ADA guidelines. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
