I just think it’s dumb that my pay check is based on the number of hours I clock in, not the actual work I do. If I finish all the work I’m supposed to do early, than I should be able to leave early. Like there’s several times where I manage to finish my work 1 or 2 hours early. It’s dumb that they expect me to just sit there doing nothing for the next 1 or 2 hours instead of going home. Just so I can clock in the right number of hours. What a waste of time
