2 weeks ago I used company car for my personal vacation. I informed my manager and he said it is okay. Then while on vacation the plans changed and I travelled another city without informing my manager.
I crashed the car in the gravel road to the wall and left wheel damaged. I panicked and didnot write any forms about accident. Then I repaired the car by my own completely, and come back to work.
I quickly informed my manager about accident. Then we sent car for mechanical investigation to official service.
The changed parts are not original and I did not file any official documents about crash.
Yesterday service reports were ready and he said I must fire you. You violated the trust and made unoffical repairs for company car without informing your travel.
Expected situation, but now I feel numb. 1 hour ago I had an appoinment from pyschologist and I feel better now.
I dont now what to do next. This is my first getting fired. Thank you for your support.
