My local grocery store has flyers up for a customer service survey. And it says that any staff mentioned by name will be recognized by management, doesn’t say how, just “recognized”.
I usually ask some staff member I interact with for their name. The cashier or the deli counter worker, etc.
5s and 10s across the board because I known that anything less is a fail.
We have to help each other. It took like 2 minutes to do. I just asked her to write down her name, mostly because I have a crap memory.
