Customers at my job heard me say something I said to a co-worker.

I work for a big recognizable company, but we only have 25-30 employees and only 9 or so of us are working at once. I was hired by my company out of college and had a lot of expectations because my role and field of study was something my company desperately needed and they have not been profitable in quite a long time. Today, I’m in a more customer facing role, the first time since last year, really, and I am just a little out of it I guess and messing up some routine responsibilities.

I made about three mistakes in a row, when I hear a bunch of customers sarcastically clap for me. I was fed up. I whispered to my co-worker, “I fucking hate this place,” And a few customers heard it.

I now have a meeting with my boss tomorrow, who wants to discuss my attitude and maybe changing my job title.

Just needed to rant.
