I see a lot of people defending places or companies who pay $15 as if they were gods. And I'm surprised to find a $15/hour salary still not enough in most places in the US to stay afloat.
There is a big difference between what a minimum wage is and a living one, a minimum wage is set by the government and your boss CANT pay you below that, and a living wage is what allows you not to work 2 jobs in order not to go homeless.
$15 an hour shouldn't be a victory if people still have to overwork just to bring food and a roof to their families.
