I have 25 days holiday plus a roll over of 5 days when March ends. If I was to quit my job which had a 4 week leave period, is there anything stopping me taking all my holiday before I leave? Essentially could I take off the whole 4 weeks if I wanted to before I left the company as long as it was approved?
