Does anyone know if there is a deadline for filing a harassment complaint against my old boss? I worked at a restaurant that is owned by one guy who treated me like shit even though I was the best server he had. He not only told me that multiple times, he told other staff that. But, he talked to me like I was a piece of shit and was very rude to me. I don't even know how or where to make a complaint. I am in Georgia if anyone can give me any advice.
