Can’t quit, gotta stick it out a year. But there’s good pay and amazing co workers (including my immediate supervisor who is literally the best boss I’ve ever had). But the business-owner/self-appointed CEO is a micromanager who screams at every one a lot. Like I said, there’s a lot of benefits and I’m entry-level so I need the experience. I feel terrified though when the CEO unmutes their mic or when they come into the room (even though speaking with them outside of work topics, they’re relatively pleasant but still intimidating).
So how do I deal, for now?
