Debating Leaving my Job After a Month

Hey All, Looking for some insight regarding leaving a job I just started. I got hired about a month ago as an operations analyst and it’s been a really rocky start. Hey All,

Looking for some insight regarding leaving a job I just started. I got hired about a month ago as an operations analyst and it’s been a really rocky start. There’s been essentially no training, HR had issues getting me my first check and made it a mission to enroll in benefits, they’re asking me to do things that just seem impossible to do 3 weeks in. I’m sure it’ll get a little better but all in all doesn’t seem like a place I want to be long term. I’m in a weird spot where I don’t want to look like a job hopper and if I leave now, I can probably get away with leaving it odd my resume and a future employer would be none the wiser. If I try to stick it out a few more months and it doesn’t work I feel like I’ll be stuck and it’ll be tough to hide being there 3-4 months vs just the one. I feel trapped and would appreciate some opinions.
