So a coworker quit so now my fellow coworker has to work every night shift every day of the week. I’m about to leave my 13 hour shift while she enters hers and she asks me, what time are you coming tomorrow. I say 8 (normal time) and she says “no”. She then tells me to come 2 hours earlier and 3 hours later for all my shifts. Before I say anything, she walked away
She already comes to her shifts an hour late. I understand it tough on her part constantly working but I work part time for a reason.
Is it rude to not show up early tomorrow cause honestly, I don’t want to wake up at 5 and say til 11 PM
