I applied for a job months ago. Hadn’t heard back. In the meantime my current employer paid for and sent me to a training course. A week later I heard back from the job I had applied for. Now my employer is deducting the cost of the course from my last paycheck. But not anyone else who attended the course. What recourse do I have?
