So today I had a meeting with a toxic co-worker, my boss, and our supervisor.
Long story short, the toxic co-worker wants me to carry all the weight and when I don't, he claims I'm not doing my job… Even though we have the same duties and tasks listed in our own job description.
Recently he decided to personally delay patient care even though I was occupied with another patient, to which he admits during our meeting that he did it on purpose, “to prove a point.”
He also pretty much admitted that I should know what he wants before he thinks it, to which he and our boss literally bickered back and forth about that for a bit. Later on in the day, he pretty much tried to sabotage me and my other co-workers work flow by throwing us off course.
No one in our department likes him for many reasons. And to be truthful, if this continues, I'm going to quit.
