If you do, you might get the bright idea that one day, you're collectively sick of your employer's bullshit and decide to do something about it.
So, aggressively organize. Don't be afraid to get to know your co-workers and make friends up, down, and across your workplace's hierarchy if possible. The goal is to reach as many people as quickly as possibl;e so your employer can't do anything about it and maybe reconsiders thinking minion memes were ever funny or clever.
