Was going to post on an alt account but I don't really give a crap anymore.
All because my employer wouldn't let us take a crap.
It's ironic how awesome this job was months ago. But after being DENIED access to a bathroom (we are outside on jobsites all day) yesterday for me and two other individuals, I've HAD it with them.
Company truck broke down. I got blamed and boss said it was the battery despite me and one other explaining it was not. Asked if company would pay for an uber to a bathroom during lunch (despite needing a bathroom an hour before scheduled break). Was declined a bathroom and was told to figure it out. I clocked out to uber to a bathroom and get my coworkers food.
Long story short. The truck didn't break down because of me. It was a bad starter. Boss told me if I ever left a job site again that I would be fired. Excuse me, I needed a bathroom and we needed food??? Mind you, i am the only woman who works out in the field. Go fuck yourself. Didn't know I could osha report this until this morning. Unfortunately osha regional and local office is closed and the online reporting is under maintenance. Wtf am i supposed to do? My boss is trying to contact me while I'm off the clock, I'm afraid he'll try to fire me before Monday morning osha office opens.
