My work denied my 2 day PTO. Oh and of course my manager over explained why. It its to guilt me or he’s genuinely trying to explain? No idea but ill give him the benefit of the doubt sense hes nice-
But anyways he told me try next week, and i will- dont get me wrong id rather the days PTO than call outs. But if they dont approve im not coming in anyways. I paid $30 for this event im goin to the mf event.
Important side note, it might get me fired because my work has a 1min late policy. Aka if youre a minute late its an offence. (Well half of one) and for like a month i was regularly late 5 minutes. One time 15 because i just sat in my car for a bit. (Not like it effected my work quality) But if they fire me, man house keeping is not a bad gig and one not many people go into so i can certainly find a job
