Can an employer deny sick pay for an employee working and residing in AZ, if the company is incorporated in CA? I received a straight denial from my employer about using sick pay, they literally said they don’t offer it, although it’s a law in both states. Employer was given reasonable notification for each day. If anyone has any an experience on next steps and winning a claim, it would be appreciated.
