Hey everyone
I started my work career as Analyst for one of the dream company for B.E. undergrad.
I was given more of manual work and work which was important but had little to none visibility. After working for 10 months now everyone who joined with me got the promotion and increment except me. Like promotion was given to 95% people but the 5% who did not get promotion were given increment(> 25%).
When I asked my manager he said I couldn't make an impact and also gave me some BS regarding how we are going to improve on this. Now it's not even about the money but I feel disrespected and the reasons they gave just insulted me even more.
This company rolls out increment/promotion cycle twice and year and gives out great increment.
I'm confused shall I switch or stay?
What should be my next actions?
