I am a firmware engineer for avionics and my director said I need to invest more time into my career (read extra hours) or she will send my role to Indian Outsourcing Company (top 5 GSI). I have resigned and am serving my notice period and she has audacity to offer me a managerial role as retention bonus to manage the people from that GSI in totally different timezone and train them on what I have been doing. I have refused and today was my last working day.
