Disciplinary meeting for bathroom breaks

I have IBS, and am also struggling with my digestive system from two or so years from an eating disorder. Just a preface. Today, I got pulled into my manager’s office to be spoken to about my work, and what has been going on lately. I won’t specify what my job is, that way I don’t have this reach back to them, but my work is almost like insta-cart, except inside of a store and under their employment. I’m their fastest shopper, and I’m a hard worker in general. My manager tells me that I can’t take as many bathroom breaks as I do, and that I need to start taking them during my breaks.

She then says, “and your breaks are too big of gaps,” because instead of the normal ten, sometimes I’m tired of running around the store-I’ve literally walked over 14 miles in a shift before-and will take an extra five minutes for myself to recuperate before going back to work.

So I’ll maliciously comply to her demands, but good luck with the store’s average metrics when my units and orders completed drop from doing so. Especially when I’m twice as fast as the average shopper. Working way too hard for literally zero gratitude or respect
