For context, I work currently for Scotts Miracle-Gro. Today I discussed how much I make alongside a fellow co-worker and he contacted our manager about his pay compared to mine. The manager has now texted me telling me that discussing pay is against company policy (yet hasn't sent me evidence as to where it says that) and is going to have a talk with me tomorrow.
Currently doing research and putting together a document to defend myself and retaliate if need be, is there anything i should keep in mind or do later on if things get worse? I have info from the NLRB about the legality of it, just wanna post here as well to get more info and help. I appreciate it in advance.
