Not only do they potentially make you wait weeks to even proceed to the interview processes. But before you even talk to someone, they judge you with a computer. And I don’t want to sound like a shill, but I do kinda work like a cookie-cutter employee. and yet I’m not a good fit apparently I really don’t understand how Disney wouldn’t want an optimistic person who loves to work. So the thing boots you out with no explanation as to ‘why’ you failed. And tells you to try again in six months. Mmm no thanks.
