In March 2020, I got a new job with Company B as a technician, working onsite for Company A. Company A decided to no longer use Company B, and I lost my job. Company A wanted to use Company C, who hired me to start Jan2021, and I transitioned to Company C, and I still sit onsite everyday at Company A.
In the messy transition, I basically accepted Company C's offer without any job description. I've recently gotten a new supervisor, who is a total kissass, and keeps assigning me busy work and things which I think are outside of my scope “to make us look good to Company A.”
Do I have a right to read the Master Service Agreement between Company A and Company C? I want to be able to see if a task assigned to me is within the scope of work as a technician or not, so I can tell my new supervisor to fuck off if it isn't. I don't have a job description to define my scope.
