I just gave my notice at the job from hell. Absolutely Toxic environment. Im constantly belittled and criticized by boss. He has no comprehension of what I actually do and just assumes im a moron because he doesnt care to ask questions to discover otherwise. When I leave there is nobody else to do my job. They will find out what I do pretty quick and its going to impact them. Even while giving my notice my boss took the chance to insult me twice. Do I take the high road and be the person I know I am and keep working hard through my notice and actively help get other people trained? Or do I go scorched earth, deleted all my files and emails and walk out?
