Do they want to get rid of me?

I was put on a 'performance plan' as I was allegedly not doing as much work as the other people in similar roles. We each have a department or brand and work only within the confines of those areas. I completed all of my work each day and would find myself with time to spare, sure. Apparently this was an issue and unfair – despite me being hired for this department only. So as part of a performance plan I was required to hit targets which included the completion of a portion of others' workloads. Well okay I said, I can help others. I had positive reviews and hit my targets all month. A large part of which was taking on a significant portion of others' workloads. At the end of the 'performance plan' I was told I did a great job but that I'm now on notice and any…

At the end of the 'performance plan' I was told I did a great job but that I'm now on notice and any mistakes made are liable for immediate termination. Surely this is clear evidence they no longer want me around right? What should I do, if anything?
