Doc note to return to work ? So any tech/ photoedit savvy genius philanthropist on here feel like helping a meager member of the blue collar working class?

So Wensday to Friday this week I bailed on working due to several reasons … I’ve now been told I need a dr..s note to return id be very very thankful so to whoever may have the know how to really pull this one out for me ? I told them I’d had a sinus infection and was on a z pack (amoxicillin) help would be so much appreciated and I’d gladly pay it forward in another way down the line?
