I feel absolutely defeated with rising costs of everything and I feel like I’ll have to work forever at this rate. I feel no sense of accomplishment from the work I do everyday and it feels like my boss is indifferent to our team’s suffering. Anytime we bring up any issues, it feels like we get punished for it. I was thriving at my old job but I feel very burnt out at this job.
