Am an intersectional feminist. So when I see BIPOC women running in the office, becoming CEOs or whatever, guess what? I don't wanna celebrate! Cuz you are just going and shaking hands with the same oppressors who oppressed our ancestors and us too. Just that you got lucky and became this “self made billionaire woman” or whatever, you're betraying your community…like what?! And that's feminism?! And women romanticizing this grind culture is now another trendy thing. At least for their Instagram lives. Doing the same thing as Cis hetero patriarchs and white supremacists might feel powerful, but don't fall for this lie.
Now I try to stay quiet cuz I don't wanna sound like I envy another woman's success. But babes, you got successful cuz there's a whole bunch of workers under you that work their ass off to make you look like this self made woman. 🤧
