I'll be leaving my current employer next week for a new job that came available. I currently use a live.com email address for work. This email address isn't on a company server nor is it tied to a website. I have to go to outlook.com in order to access it.
The last time I switched jobs (I ended up coming back to this one), my employer said that I would have to give up my email address to them. I refused as I have other account tied to this one. I feel like this may happen again and I want to make sure before they try to force it somehow.
