Don’t forget: Employees are capitalists too

As an employee, you are offering your labor to the free market and it goes to the highest bidder. Plain and simple! If they can't afford you, then this product is apparently not for them and they shouldn't participate in that part of the free market. Maybe, if they would stop spending so much on office buildings, unnecessary team events, fresh fruit and union crashers, they could afford your labor. Capitalism isn't a one-way street. Reliable labor is a luxury and should be priced as such. So now, every time someone throws the communist card at your face for your demands, just tell them you are doing the most capitalistic thing you could think of: Pricing your labor according to the free market!
