Just a PSA. Do not fill out surveys to companies or your employers unless you are being paid for it. It’s an unethical practice. Companies use this information to increase their profits. If you give this information for free, they increase their profits without compensating you for your input.
Obviously employee satisfaction surveys and a few others are exceptions, and in cases where the company cannot profit, go ahead and let them have it, but product and customer satisfaction surveys do nothing for you, but help the company’s sales.
