Don’t go through with an interview if a company asks for a “cognitive assessment”.

You cannot verify if these exams are psychometrically sound. And if they feel the need to test you like that, there is something wrong with the company. Plus they can count as discriminatory and could be grounds for a lawsuit depending on the exam and accommodations. Don't do it.
