Two days ago I hurt myself during work, i work in a factory and my finger got crushed (not broken fortunately) and started to get bigger. My boss told me to not complain and continue work. My finger was hurting, i couldn't use it, but i kept going. The day after it was worse and I asked to leave the job for the day, he told me it was ok but to not go to the hospital. Just wanted to share.
