Don’t know how to quit my first job

I'm 15 nearly 16, and I live in Arizona. I make $14 an hour, which isn't too bad, but for the type of labor I'm doing I do not see it sufficient enough. I also go to a charter school, in which I am expected to wake up at 6am every day and leave school at 4pm, with some days requiring extra time, and sometimes Saturdays as well. I am completely fine with my schooling as I deem it the absolute most important part of my life right now. With work, however, my dad was friends with my current manager, so my dad hard vouched for me and in turn my manager vouched to the higher ups. I've been working for 3 months now, have worked my ASS off (0 complaints from anyone, manager and coworkers love how much effort I put in), i like my boss but not the work i do. However, the only reason I took this job was so I could pay for a car and look good on college applications, but they are requiring me to do things I simply can not do. I work Fridays after school and Saturdays all day, leaving only Sunday (which Is taken up by chores and my guitar lessons). I do not have any time to do anything anymore, my grades that I worked so hard for are slipping, and I feel like quitting or I'm going to lose my mind. Im a teenager with a bright future ahead of me but the physical and mental toll this job has had on me is too much. I want to still work over the summer, so I can get my car, but don't know WHEN to tell my bosses, what to do, or anything. The store we work at is run by just 3-4 people, often only 1 or 2 at a time, and it's a really big store (higher ups trying to higher at least 5 more employees) and overall everyone has been super nice, so I don't want to be a dick and leave them without someone they need. Any help is appreciated, but I leave for work In like 20 minutes so I likely will not be able to answer questions till I come back. Thank yku so much!
