A group forum or central organization that every manager has to ascribe to so when you read the story of the hour about the most insane and ridiculous inhumane boss they could be just ripped to shreds by peers and superiors.
I am a Corporate GM of a pretty popular fast casual chain. So I get high schoolers up to career family men in my staff and I just wish I could walk into any old restaurant for example I'm reading about and just inform these horrible lizardmen not only are they a worn through pair of clown shoes, but override their BS and give the employee an idiot tax on top.
Sidenote: fuck all the companies that are a “family”. I am a dad of big, getting bigger, family and I love it more than life itself and truly want to take care of my people like I would want my kids' boss to treat them. But I effectively have to pretend 3/4ths of my personality doesn't exist so I don't look like the koolaid man and a giant red flag.
