Hey I just wanted to reach out and help potentially other APs or GMs out there.
So 2 years ago I took a job at chipotle for 12.50$ an hour. After 3 weeks they promoted me to AP (they needed any hard workers willing to work 55-60 hour weeks) I got paid 42k. I helped multiple locations and excelled at my job but the standards and pay were crippling. I took a job at full service chain restaurant as a regular assistant manager for 67k plus bonus a year. I am in Dallas Texas. What I am getting at is chipotles standards they require are not properly compensated, if you can manage a chipotle then you can go get a job paying 70k!!!!!!!!
