My employer will not pay me overtime to drive a company work truck from the shop to the job site and back. I know he doesn't have to pay the passengers really anything at all but i am hauling all the tools and a lot of times materials necessary to do the job. My question is is this aloud? Edit: So i do get my normal rate for these hours they just don't count towards OT
