If you could ask for anything in a contract of employment – from ridiculous to reasonable – what would you ask for? Long story short, a company that's way more interested in me than I am them told me to think of “what I would like my benefits to look like”. I need some solid ideas to send over, but also some out-of-the-box ones. I really like my current place of employment, but there's potential for these new guys to pay me at least double, maybe three times my current salary. So let em rip!
