Somehow the store manager didn't realize their hiring representative is a bot.
The “hiring rep” for this place I'm applying to is an ai that gives automated replies, this wouldn't be a big issue if it didn't have any sort of functionality. It sends the same “we're so excited to have you!” or “I'm sorry, I don't understand your question” no matter if I'm asking about rescheduling my orientation, details of the job, etc. The only actual answer it gave with any info was just a link to a log of the “conversation” I've had with this bot, which is just multiple attempts at trying to make it understand what rescheduling is.
