Like the title said, I’ve been yelled at by my boss in front of the customers.
Untrained by the official staffs, the let the part timer train me to allow certain numbers of customer into the shop. And by certain timing, I am to stop them from entering.
However, for whatever reason, I was called out from my post only to get yelled at on full blast for stopping the customer flow without asking the boss first. So I explained that I was trained to do what I did. The boss then yelled at me again and said “By right, you’re supposed to ask ME!”
In conclusion, fuck your by right and train me like you’re supposed to.
