Now that I'm leaving my current position after being underpaid for 5 month I got my boss saying stuff things like “You're betraying the team at a crucial time” “I'm planning to promote you” while still underpaying me š “I've to know that you're on the team” and me naivly answering quickly I'm on your team I know sending my resignation is the correct thing to do but emotionally I feel it's not the right thing.. could I get an insight on what I should do ?
