Employee survey results

I don’t know why I am shocked but management posted their summary of the employee survey results and it’s just… it’s got me pissed off. Two of the main places employees indicated need work are workload and compensation – our firm undercompensates compared to the rest of our industry – and one of the reasons they put the survey out there was to understand why there is so much turnover. So tell me why the response to workload issues was basically “work smarter, not harder” ie learn time management skills and turn down any non value added tasks. And the compensation issue was “you need to look at all your benefits as part of your total compensation”. So pretty much thanks for your feedback but we aren’t going to make any changes. And the attrition will continue and they will continue to wonder why.
